galla Some Legend customers may currently be unable to collect
10:53 Nov 13 mail. Engineers are investigating.
galla Some Demon customers may be experiencing problems with
16:06 Dec 02 their hosting services. Our engineers are treating this as
a high priority with a view to restoring full service as soon
as possible. We regret any inconvenience caused.
galla The previously reported issue affecting some Demon customers'
15:20 Dec 03 Web Hosting and Homepages is now resolved. We regret any
inconvenience this may have caused.
demon Our Call centre is currently unable to take calls from customers.
10:18 Dec 19 This is being treated with the highest priority and full service
will be restored as soon as possible. In the meantime, customers
can communicate with our call centre agents via our Textchat
facility at http://www.demon.net/helpdesk/helpdeskchat.html
